These Terms and Conditions govern purchases from and use of athleticperformancehub.com and the products and services provided by The Athletic Performance Hub (“APH”). By creating an account, placing an order, or using an APH service where these Terms are presented, you agree to these Terms.
Eligibility and Accounts
You must be legally able to enter into the transaction. If you are under the age of majority where you live, a parent or legal guardian should review and approve the purchase and use of APH products or services. Certain purchases require a customer account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and for activity occurring through it.
Training Products and Services
APH provides digital training programs, subscription training content, individualized programming, and related educational material. APH training information is provided for general educational and fitness purposes and is not a substitute for individualized medical diagnosis, treatment, or other professional healthcare.
Physical training carries inherent risks. You are responsible for determining whether an activity is appropriate for your circumstances and for exercising appropriate judgment regarding exercise selection, loading, environment, equipment, technique, and physical readiness. Seek appropriate medical or other qualified professional guidance when necessary, particularly if you have an injury, medical condition, symptoms, or uncertainty about your ability to participate safely.
No Guaranteed Results
Training outcomes vary between individuals. APH does not guarantee specific improvements in strength, performance, body composition, athletic ability, or any other result.
Personal-Use License
Purchased digital programs, downloads, and member-only training content are licensed to the purchaser for personal use only. Purchased access may not be transferred, shared, resold, published, uploaded, sublicensed, or made publicly available. Purchasing a product does not transfer ownership of APH intellectual property.
Daily Deposit
Daily Deposit is subject to the Daily Deposit Subscription Terms, including the 7-day free trial, recurring billing, cancellation, and member-access provisions described there.
Payments, Taxes, and Refunds
You agree to pay the price and any applicable taxes or charges shown at checkout. Payments are processed through third-party payment providers. APH does not intentionally store complete payment-card numbers on its website. Refunds and cancellations are governed by the APH Refund and Returns Policy, the Daily Deposit Subscription Terms where applicable, and rights that cannot legally be excluded.
Intellectual Property
APH website content, training programs, graphics, written material, branding, and other original materials are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. Except for the personal-use license expressly granted with a purchase, no additional rights are granted without written permission from APH.
Third-Party Services
The website may rely on third-party services for hosting, ecommerce, payments, email delivery, analytics, and other functions. Those services may be subject to their own terms and privacy practices.
Website and Service Availability
APH may update, replace, correct, suspend, or discontinue website features, training content, or services when reasonably necessary. APH does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free availability.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, APH will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, exemplary, or consequential damages arising from use of the website, training materials, or services. Nothing in these Terms limits liability, rights, or remedies that cannot legally be limited or excluded.
Changes to These Terms
These Terms may be updated periodically. The current version will be posted on this website with its revision date. Changes apply prospectively unless applicable law requires otherwise.
